Corporal Arnold lives with me daily..I see his eyes at 2am. I was the Corpsman that couldn't save his life. He was my friend...

Corporal Arnold was killed at Gio Linh, South Vietnam during the first use of North Vietnamese artillery in the Vietnam War.  Corporal Arnold was the first American death from NVA artillery fire...

He is fondly remembered by his Golf Battery brothers...
