I remember the day I waved goodbye to you as the airplane lifted from the ground and I was only 15 and the day the Marine came to our door about your death and I still miss you.I am fortunate enough to teach my children every year about you and the many others that gave their lives to have the freedom we do today. Bennie was a high school class mate of mine. Bennie was one hell of a nice guy, I recal two events in my life that included Bennie that I think about frequently. Bennie will always be missed by me, so I can imagine how much he is missed by his family.
